We have a penchant for happy animals and earthy roots. Generous, well-prepared food with lots of heart!

Just what we prefer to eat ourselves. We are open Tuesday through Saturday. The bar opens at 5pm, and you are welcome to come for a pint or a glass of wine and eat our renowned "Bastard planka" with paté, sausages, rilette and our own sourdough bread.

Kitchen opens at 6pm, and this is where Andreas Dahlberg presents his interpretation of modern European cuisine.

We make modern classic European cuisine from the best produce, often organic and from local small-scale suppliers. Our beverages are chosen with the same passion, which is why we have a large selection of natural wines and beers from small producers and breweries. Our meny changes on a daily basis.
Bastard is owned by Chef Andreas Dahlberg and restaurateur Nina Christensson.
